anyone know how to setup outlook xp so that multiple people can share a
calender?

head office runs exchange email server, as well,
but basically I need to setup 2 shares.

2 people will share 1 calender.

4 people will share the other one.. one of which is from the first share

You have Exchange server - that's the best way to share. Create public
calendars with the appropriate permissions.
