Anyway to troubleshoot why the audit server is not getting any dat

I setup audit policy with the device policy associated with one of my domain.
One the machine of couple members in that domain, I make sure the audit
service is running. However, there is no data capture in the audit_Devices
table of the audit database.

My question is there anyway to troubleshoot this? For example, is there
anyway I can check if the client receive the correct policy? Can I check if
the client is sending out audit data?
