I just upgraded to Outlook 2003 on a Windows XP machine. When I right
click on the Outlook desktop icon and select "Properties", I get the
following error:
Explorer.EXE - Appplication Error
The instruction at "0x77F71ae6" referenced memory at "0x0061008e".
The memory could not be "read".
Click OK to terminate the program
I click OK and get the follwing error:
Explorer.EXE - Application Error
The exception unknown exception (0x015000f) occurred in the
application at location 0x77f6fafb.
Click on OK to terminate the program
I click OK again and get this second error again.
The Outlook properties box comes up and I can make all the
configuration settings, but I'd like to know what's causing the error.
Also, this does not happen when accessing through the "Mail" setting
in the Control Panel or from "Tools, E-Mail Accounts" within Outlook.
