Apply layout margins

Don't seem to be able to make layout margins apply to a page= with or without
master page manipulation.

Maybe you can explain what you are trying to do. On the toolbar, Arrange, Layout

Don't seem to be able to make layout margins apply to a page= with or without
master page manipulation.

I used LAYOUT MARINS under ARRANGE. then when I import a file from WORD , the
text splatters clear out to some default settings. I can't control the page
margins!

Create a text box in Publisher, high-light the text in Word, copy, "paste special"
into the Publisher text box as unformatted text.
