Applying a background image

L

Leen

Hello,

I wonder if it is possible - and if so how - to apply an image as background
to all my slides in a presentation.
The presentation exists already so creating one slide and then copy that on
over and over again, is not really the answer for me.

Any suggestions ?
Thanks.

Leen Wouters.

If you're not going to be creating additional slides, you can use this:

Open your presentation, click the "Format" menu, select "Background", click
the dropdown and select "Fill Effects", click the "Picture" TAB and click
the "Select Picture", browse to and select your image and click "OK", click
the "Apply to all" button. If your existing presentation design template
uses graphic images, you might need to click the "Omit background graphics
from master" checkbox..

If you might add additional slides, open your presentation, click "View",
"Master", Slide Master", THEN do the remaining above steps.

Go to View > Master > Slide Master and then to Format > Background and to Fill
Effects > Picture and browse to your image and then click on Ok.
