Applying Automatic Formatting Across All Folders

J

JB

I have an issue with color-coding in Outlook 2003. I can use Organize and
set color code rules with Automatic Formatting to color code emails from a
certain Address.

The issue arises when I move that email from the Inbox to a sub-folder, the
color coding disappears. The obvious solution would be to create another
rule for the specific sub folder, but that won't work because they are
monthly and daily sub folders (constantly growing).

Is there any solution which will apply a color formatting rule across all
folders of a mailbox?

Thank you for your help,
