Applying rules but still having junk mail work

I have applied rules to move mail from separate accounts
to go to corresponding folders but it seems that the junk
folder is not getting a chance to filter before it goes
to the folders. Help????

Hi,
I am getting the same problem. If you apply rules to move messages to specific folders, the junk filter stops working on those messages. However it works on messages that do not have rules applied to (which arive and stay in the INBOX folder)

Somebody please assit
