Appointments/Events showing up twice

Office XP: Two people have delegate access to create
appointments/events on someone else's computer. Just today, every
appointment they create ends up being listed twice in the calender.
Some of them are an hour off as well. I had them check the time
zone/daylight savings time on each computer and it is said correctly.
Any ideas on what may have caused this? Thanks!
