I have documents that need approved before they can be uploaded into
SharePoint. What I do now, is send an email to the boss (with a link to the
document) and she reviews the document. After the document is reviewed, she
goes back to the email (in outlook) and types the word "Approved". That is a
total pain. I tried to do the "Vote Infobar" in outlook, but when the
approved button was clicked, it send the email back saying approved, but the
text of the document wasnt there. Is there any way at all to do this that
would make it alot easier for all of us. One of the guys that i work with
said that he thought InfoPath might do something like this, but I dont know
where to look or what to do.... please help!!
