archive function not available anymore in outlook 2007

the archive function available. How can I reset something so this is

Hi Peter - I fouond an article that indicated that a Microsoft Office
Outlook 2007 Update installed Dec 15, 2010 should be found and
uninstalled, and I find it when I check for installed updates, but
when I click on the "Installed Updates" on the Updates page to remove
it, it doesn't show, so I can't remove it. Any suggestions! It was
KB2412171 recorded as follows....
