User cannot read archived email which had been/is encrypted. The message "
Attachements: smime.p7m (7111 Bytes)" is displayed in the test portion of the
email. User has current PKI Certs plus copies of previous expired Certs. User
is archiving in "Outlook". His system has been rebuilt but his profile was
saved to include importing valid PKI certs. Prior to system rebuild, he could
not open the encrypted archived emails but if he forwarded to himself, he
could open and read contents of email. This op[tion is no longer available.
