We are a small engineering organization who, like most,
need to archive emails from time to time. The easiest
and most accessible way to do this is to copy the message
from Outlook to the Project Folder on our File Servers.
However, I have noticed that when you attempt to delete
any attachments in the Message, the file size will
actually increase. Is there a better procedure for doing
this?
I realize we could create archive files for each user,
but this would not put the information where it is easily
accessible and related to the Project Number.
Thanks in advance!
