Archiving Outlook

John Booth

Have recently encountered a problem archiving my OUTLOOK e-
mails. I normally archive all files older than two weeks
in both my in box and sent box.

When I do this I always mark the box "include items
with 'Do Not AutoArchive' checked"." I do this even
though none of my files are marked do not archive. I
always use the "Archive items older than:" and use a
specific date normally about 10 days earlier. I noticed
that the files in my in box are being archived but not all
the files in my sent box. I have some that well over a
month old and well past the date I have included to
archive to that refuse to be archived.

Those not being archived seem to all have the envelope
symbol but also have a a small letter "i" in a circle on
the envelope in the lower left corner.

Was hoping that someone can tell me how to archive these
files that refuse to be archived and what that symbol
circle 'i' symbol means.

Thank You,

John Booth
