Archiving problems in Outlook 2003 with MS Exchange 2003 SP2

When we try to archive the pst is created with all the correct folders
but no e-mails are exported to the archive futher more the e-mails are
moved but to a unkown location. If we open the archive pst all the
folders are there without any e-mails but the e-mails were moved out
of the mailbox and I don't know where can anyone assits with this
problem?

We also have some issues with Arcserve and Exchange. Since loading SP2
all menus in Arcserve for Exchange dissapeared and the backups are
failing due to incomplete issues

Please advise?????????
