Arial font doesn't print

XP SP2 and Office 2003 SP2:
Black Ariel font will not print on a color printer. Numbers 3 and 4,
bullets, dashes, underlines and punctuation do print, but no other numbers
and no letters. Other Ariel font colors do print. Any ideas?

Just the opposite. Bullets and punctuation print, but not letters or numbers
and only if it is black. Every other color prints fine. Color/Grayscale
settings?

Colour/greyscale settings should only affect black & white prints but you can
see a "preview" of the current seetings with view> colour greyscale>greyscale

I take it your printer has plenty of black ink and prints OK in other black
fonts (sorry I had to ask!)
