Font - Arial Black Italic vs. Arial Black non-italic

YOBOY

I have a unique printing problem with "Arial Black".
When I type a word, sentence, paragraph, etc. as it looks now using the
Arial Black font, it will show it without any problem. However, when I print
it will print it in italic. This only occurs when using the Arial Black font
and no other font.
How can I correct this?

From your use of the terms "word, sentence, paragraph", I suspect you're
using Word.

This newsgroup is for questions about Access, the database product that's
part of Office Professional.

You'd be best off reposting your question to a newsgroup related to Word.
When you repost, it may help the responder to know what version of Word
you're using (including service pack level), what version of Windows
(including service pack level), and possibly even what printer.

Had that exact same problem except that the substitution occurred everwhere.

In our case installing XP SP3 caused the problem......broke that particular
(std. Arial) font. This is a known problems with SP3. We had to reinstall
the font.

BTW Microsoft does offer actual help (like a real human!) with XP SP3
problems. It was quite a shock.
