Artifacts in OCR docs

I know there's a shortcut to delete the graphic artifacts in a scanned
document, but can't find it. I thought I saved the information ... but.

I think I didn't phrase my question right. Isn't there a keyboard
shortcut to select all drawing objects/graphics or something so all I
have to do is press the delete key to get rid of them?

Thanks, Klaus. It works but it really bugs me that I can't remember that
shortcut.
