Ask or Fillin Fields, I think

I am attempting to get WORD to prompt for information every time a certain
document is opened. I want the answers to the prompts to go into the fields
I have selected for those prompts. I am having a hard time working with the
fields when it comes to filling in info through a prompt.

I am hoping someone can help me, as it would make my life so much easier in
filling in names and addresses in a form type letter.
