Assign Resource cost

How do i allocate / assign the cost of the a certain people when they are
being used over the "free 15days" which they stated in their contract for
"free 15days" usage of their services? How should I put this or indicate it
inside the Resource Sheet?

Hi KazMoMo,

You can set up different rate tables for the resource. Double click on the
resource's name in the Resource Sheet to display the resource information
dialog box. On the Costs tab, you can create cost tables A, B, etc.
You will then need to assign the specific cost table to the assignment for
the resource. Double click on the resource's name in the Task Usage view to
display the Assignment Information dialog box and pick the correct rate
table.

The problem I see is how to select the correct tasks for the "free" 15 days.
Is this the first 15 days of every task or the first 15 days of the project?
