Assigned to User name not full name

I am trialling BCM before deploying it between the 5 people in my office. I
have set them up however for testing purposes.

Being able to send them tasks is brilliant however when you look at who has
been assigned tasks it states their user name, in database admin tool it
lists their full name as well. Why can't this field be used instead of for me
at least Domain\edm
