Attached Template?

I have a .dot template that I use to make a form with multiple
formfields. When saved, the form is saved on a server for access by
others as an .rtf file. As such, the macros used for the form on the
original creating computer don't seem to be available. Furthermore,
addidtional macros are needed for further work with the form. What's
the easiest way to make this happen? My current thoughts are to make
an "invisible" (I think this would be called a global add-in) template
containing the macros, store it on the server (for access by those
using the documents) and then make attaching the new macro template to
the form an inherent part of opening the form, thus exposing all the
written macros to the new user. Any thoughts?

The simplest way is to make it available to others on the server as a
template. That is what a workgroup templates folder is for.

You can't keep macros in an rtf file.
