Attaching file to email

In Win XP Pro, using outlook 2002 (sp2), whenever I try
to attach a file and change directory (other than my
documents) it freezes and I have to CTRL-ALT-DEL to end
and restart. Then when I shut down I get a
ciceroUIWndFrame error. Any suggestions? Thanks.
