Attachment handling question

W

Wolfman

Guys,

Outlook 2002 SP-2.

When you double click on an attachment in the Header of the preview Pane it comes up with the Open it or Save to disk. One of my users wants it so when you double click it always opens it. We've tried unselecting the "Always ask..." but it still asks. Is there a setting somewhere that you can tell it to open the attachment unless you tell it otherwise. We have filter and AV software in place that won't let any bad stuff get to the user. Any ideas would be great as to over come this, not major, but annoying problem.

Regards,
Ash.
