Attachment icon doesn't print on email

We have a user who needs to print a Sent email which shows
the attachments that she sent, on the copy but they are
not appearing. I am able to print a Sent email that shows
the attachments and have checked her settings which seem
fine.

We are running Windows 2000 and Office 2000. Thanks,
