Attachment Line

How can I adjust whether I want to add an attachment via:
1. The attachment field below the Subject field;
2. Directly into the body of the text
3. In a separate section at the bottom of the email.

Rich Text format will put the attachment icon in the message body. HTML and
Plain Text formats will put the attachment icon either in a field in the
header or in a pane at the bottom, depending on your Outlook version.
