Attachment Problem

Hello I have sent out an Access database to someone and
then the one I had on my machine become corrupt or
something...

Then I asked the person I E-Mailed this to to E-Mail it me
back... they did and now I am getting a message that
Outlook seems to think that its a potential virus and is
blocking access to it...

How do I get to the attachment?
