attachments blocked

Just loaded up new version of outlook express but all attachedments are
blocked by OE.

I know that attachements are safe, how do I turn this off.

Tools-> Options-> tab Security

Note that this is an Microsoft Office Outlook forum.

Outlook Express is family of Internet Explorer and Outlook of the Office
family.
