Attachments in O Express

I had no problems with attachments before. All of a
sudden, some of them come through (showing the paper clip)
but they are dimmed, so I cannot access them for opening
or saving.

I looked through Options and Account Properties, but
couldn't see anything related to attachments, either to
block or unblock them.

Any suggestion greatly appreciated.
