Attachments - / "msimn/reg" not found

I cannot open attachments in my email. I have checked
my "EML" file options, and the "msimn.exe" is listed to
open 'EML'. However, "msimn/reg" cannot be found when I
try to 'run' it. Thank you in advance for any help
