We have a frustrating problem when sending attachments to
mulitiple users (usually the names are in the BBC with 1
name in TO). We are using Outlook 2002 (Windows and
Office XP)and did not previously have this problem when
using previous installation of Windows ME & Office XP.
Some recipients are reporting that the attachment never
arrives but when we resend to that individual user it
arrives ok so they are not using filter blocks. The
recipient in the TO field (ourselves) always receives the
attachment and the sent email indicates the attachment is
there.
Any assistance would be much appreciated.
