attachments quarantined

I have no idea what happened but 90% of the attachments
in my inbox in Outlook Express are now unavailable to me.
When I open one of these messages I get something like
this...http://www.odds-onchoice.com/samp.gif

I did get some kind of virus recently that someone said
was the W32.Mimail.A@mm virus. But I have Norton 2002 and
it autoupdates so I wasn't too worried about it. Any
ideas?

Thanks.

Thanks...sorry, I thought it might be the wrong place but
didn't know it was part of IE.

Norton only updates once a week and this virus came out
between updates. You might want to go to Norton and read
up on the virus and its removal. It has probably gone
through your contacts as well. Norton does give you the
option to run "intelligent updater" manually to catch
virus between your weekly updates.
