attachments removal

Hi there,

I'm using Outlook Express and everytime I get a message
with an attachment I also get the message saying that OE
has removed access to the unsafe attachment!!! As 99% of
the attachments I receive are from trusted source(s) I
cannot read them and it is very annoying. Does anybody
knows how to inactivate this function.
