When sending emails my attachments usually go in the
additional line created when i click the attachment icon.
Now, however, they have started inserting themselves into
the body of my message instead, which looks rather
unprofessional, i think. Can anyone help?
Thanks

Generally, if you send using HTML format
(Tools.Options.Mail Format), it attaches the files
separately (MIME). But if you're sending as Rich Text, it
sends them in the message.

There may be another way to configure it, like with the
Word template.
