I use outlook2000 as my office email programme. Recently
when i attcah documents and send them the receipients get
something else called winmail.dat. However when i use
outlook express every thing is fine. What is gone wrong. I
have reinstalled the software but problem still persists

You are most probably sending using Rich Text Format to a non-Outlook user.
Only Outlook cn read RTF. Change your email format (Tools-Options-Mail
Format) to either plain text or HTML and see if that helps.
