Attachments

Hello folks, all of a sudden many users in our company are not able to open
the outlook attachments, when they click on the email with the attachament,
they get an error message " outlook cannot open one or more attachments". We
are using Outlook xp sp3 with exchange 5.5 sp4. the strange thing is, even
the sender is not able to open the attachment in the sent items folder.

Sounds like your Exchange server anti-virus software may be causing this
problem. Try stopping the A/V services and test opening attachments. If
this works, then take a look at the following article:

Please consult with your A/V software vendor for more details on their
specific configurations.

If stopping A/V services does not allow you to open attachments, then I
would suspect issues with the store, not the Outlook clients.
