can't open attachments send to me. messages read as
important document, important textfile, important data,
important bill, important message, etc., but unable to

Sounds like a bunch of viruses to me, better that you don't open them.
If you're 100% positive that they are legitimate files from legitimate
senders and your anti-virus software is in correct working order then you'll
need to tell us what version of Outlook you're using before we could guide
you on opening these suspicious-sounding files.
