Hello,
I send a mail to someone with a .tif attachment.
The receiver tells me he couldn't open it, because it
was removed.
Can it be set in the menu that a .tiff file can be received?

It's kind of hard to say without knowing what error
messages were generated. If your attachment is a large
file, it may exceed the size limitations imposed by either
your mail server or theirs. You can try putting the .tif
file into a zip file and see if it sends that way. A .zip
file of course would compress the file and get you below
the size limitations.
