Comp2 can receive individual attachments from comp1,
comp2 can not receive group email attachments from comp1 to Outlook express,
but can receive group email attachments from else where.
Comp2 can recieve attachments in webmail browser from comp1
So I went on comp1 and deleted his group and rebuilt it then sent group
email with attachment to comp2,
comp2 still did not receive an attachment.
comp1 uses outlook and comp2 uses express, I sent group from comp3 outlook
express and attachment was received.

Usually happens because Comp1 is sending the messages in Outlook's Rich text
format, which only another Outlook can read. Outlook Express ignores the
attachments in that case.

The settings were all set on HTML. I put on plain text and still did
not change.

Is the Outlook Express user a Contact in Outlook? If so, open that contact
record and double-click the e-mail address. Examine the "Internet format"
drop-down at the bottom. What does it say?

I will have to check tomorrow Fri. will this discussion still be
active?

It will be active nearly forever. USENET doesn't forget messages for a long
time and Google Groups retains them even longer.
