auto accept meeting invitations

How can I set up automatic acceptance of meeting invitations? Through rules?
I have invitees who are frequently out of office and want the invitations to
be automatically accepted UNLESS the invitation would create a conflict.

Tools-> Options-> button Calendar Options-> button Resource Scheduling...
Note that this has to be configured at the receiving end.
