auto archive outlook 2003 destination folder

2 questions

1. If I change the "move old items" folder - will this be the destination
that my autoarchive pst file will be automatically saved in?

2. The folder I'm trying to choose is a shared folder on our network
server. When I do so, an error message ".... not supported by unicode.."
appears. I can exit the dialog box until I choose a local box folder. This
contradicts my purpose (auto back up email on another box.

Any help appreciated

MS Doesnt support the use of a pst over a network as it can lead to
corruption
