I changed my alias on the exchange server and now outlook
2002 users are getting emails bounced back from the
server if they use auto complete. Is there a way to
clear the auto complete list for the next time the user
types my name it will stay?

Highlight your name with the arrow keys and just press delete. The entry
will also be updated if they use the Address Book and select your name.
