Auto correct Text

My boss uses Autocorrect in WORD extensively - he
basically uses it like a macro. He types "QU" and our
company logo is inserted, etc.

He wants to know why he can't do this in Powerpoint.

Is there anyway to share this database in ALL office 2000
tools (Excel, PowerPoint - etc)? THANKS!!!!
