Auto Data population of a document

Document Automation

I have a customer proposal document that I want to
automate so that a sales rep can just enter the customer
name and address one time and it will populate ALL THE
sections of the document that should contain that
information. Is there anyway to do this?

Bookmarks and/or DocumentProperties are easy ways to do this. Both well
covered in Help with examples of the sort of things you want to do.
