Auto data transfer in a document

I have a customer proposal document that I want to
automate so that a sales rep can just enter the customer
name and address one time and it will populate ALL THE
sections of the document that should contain that
information. Is there anyway to do this?

Yes. Several ways. The Cadilac is a userform. See:

This link provides a user input that is inserted in the document as
bookmarked data. You can easily populate this data into other areas of the
document using REF fields.
