Auto Fill

I have a Word Document , and I need to fill until the end of the paragraph
with a character every time that I finish my paragraph, my paragraph can
finish in the middle of the page, can finish after or before, is there a
way that I can make it automatically

I've read this message ten times, and I still can't figure out what you're
trying to do, or why. Can you try explaining it in a different way so we can
get the gist... then perhaps be able to suggest a solution?
