Auto forward as well as delete

I have only 25MB of mailbox space for my account. If I go on vacation for 2
days the entire space is filled up and some mails are bounce back to the
sender.

I want to auto forward all the mails to another email ID as well as delete
from the current account so as to keep the mailbox space free.

Also if I create a rule for deleting the message, it moved to the deleted
folder, but still it counts in the mailbox space, how to fix it.

OL2003 (at least) has a 'permanently delete' action in the Rules Wizard in
addition to the standard 'delete' action
