Help with shared accounts

Guys

I have another problem with Microsoft Outlook and I need a help or ideas
about what I can do.

I will create some shared mailboxes (around 13) in Exchange and because
space limitations, I have to keep all messages in PST files.

With help from Michael I found a way to keep sent items in a PST Folder, but
how I can to move automatically messages from inbox to a folder in PST file?

- Outlook rule untili now isn't a option. I can't have 13 PCs only to keep
Outlook open to move the messages and using the rules that I found, the
application must be active;
- The users using the Outlook to they's personal mailbox, so I can't use them;
- A test that I made as forward the message to another account and create a
rule to move the message acording the sender to a PST file. This is a option,
but the problem is that the message keep the Forward and add an information
about this forward in the body text.

Well...I can't think of any way to move items within PST files without
Outlook running.

Disk space is so cheap these days have you considered just adding storage to
your Exchange? Or are you constrained by the Information Store limit of
Standard Edition?
