Auto-reply between specific hours

I am looking for a way to automatically send an email reply for lets say an email thats recieved in our system in an specific mailbox after 5 o'clock PM until 8 AM
Can anybody help me out?

Use the out of office assistant for that mailbox. Turn it
on at 5PM and off at 8AM

I am trying this now, however I still don't get any
response from the out of office assistant to anyone of my
5 emails.. It works great internally.. but doesn't seem
to respond to anything outside of our company. Any ideas?

Exchange 5.5 and later disables automatic replies to the Internet by
default. Ask your Exchange administrator if he/she is willing to change
this.
