Auto reply function is not there anymore

In my outlook the tool Auto reply has disapeard. When I look in the help
function is tells me that if I am using an Exchange account I will not get a
tool for Auto reply. My collegues have it though. How do I do to get it back?

It could also be that you have an addin installed for that which offers you
that function. In that case you'll need to contact support for that addin.
