Auto Reply without Exchange Server?

Veronica

I'm pretty sure you can't, but I wanted to make sure...does anyone know of any way to post an auto out-of-office reply if we are not using a Microsoft Exchange Server? We just upgraded to Office 2003 in hopes that we'd be able to send auto-replies and it doesn't look like we can, since we have a pop3 account.
Thanks!

Sure you can. All versions of Outlook can autoreply. You just have to leave
Outlook running. See http://www.slipstick.com/rules/autoreply.htm
